2023 kinder registrations now open

Registrations for three and four year old kindergarten programs in Campaspe Shire Council are now open for the 2023 year.
General Manager Development, Paul McKenzie said Council had been coordinating a centralised registration process for many years.
“Having a consolidated registration program makes it easier for parents and carers to register their child in kindergarten. It means a single point of registration with multiple preferences and a simpler and more consistent process for families.
“If your child turns three or four before 30 April 2023, they are eligible to attend three or four year old kinder.
“Please note that children are only eligible for one year of three year old kinder and one year of four year old kinder before they start school. Families with children born between January and April have a choice as to whether they start school in the year they turn five or the year they turn six.
“Maternal and Child Health Nurses or early childhood professionals can advise when may be best for your child to start kindergarten,” Mr McKenzie said.
“Before you sit down to do the application, make sure you have access to your child’s immunisation history certificate, their birth certificate, and your proof of residence.
“In early July, a letter of offer will be sent to advise if your child has received a place at your preferred service or is on a waiting list. Second and third round offers will be distributed in August.”

- Shine Bright Echuca East Kindergarten
- Shine Bright Echuca Central Kindergarten
- Shine Bright Echuca South Community Kindergarten
- Goodstart Early Learning Echuca (four year old kinder only)
- Pink & Blue Early Learning Echuca (four year old kinder only)
- Shine Bright Gunbower Kindergarten
- Shine Bright Lockington Kindergarten
- Shine Bright Rochester Kindergarten
- Shine Bright Stanhope Kindergarten
- Shine Bright Tongala Kindergarten
- Shine Bright Girgarre Kindergarten
- Shine Bright Kyabram Municipal Preschool
- Shine Bright Unwin Street Kindergarten, Kyabram
