Campaspe Calendar Photo Competition now open

Published on 03 August 2022

Submit your most sensational snaps in the annual #MyCampaspe calendar photo competition! Now open for entries, the competition celebrates the best images from our scenic shire.

Campaspe Shire Deputy Mayor Colleen Gates said the competition was undergoing a slight change this year.

“The calendar photo competition is always extremely popular and we love seeing how creative our local professional and amateur photographers can be.

“Once the winning photos are chosen, the public then takes to Council’s Facebook page to vote for the calendar cover photo. This year, the image that wins the cover photo will also feature as one of the monthly photos inside the calendar.”

Up to five photos can be entered by each person with each winning entry receiving $50, a calendar and bragging rights for a full year.

Photos must be located in Campaspe Shire, high quality and in landscape orientation.

Photos from the competition will also form part of Council’s photographic library and feature in promotional publications, Council reports and on social media.

The competition is now open with entries being accepted up until Friday, 30 September.

Apply online via Council’s website under the tab ‘Now Open’.

The calendar is free to all residents and will become available later in the year.
