Vehicles can be inspected at the Echuca Environment Centre, McKenzie Road, Echuca on Monday, 12 October between 10 – 11am.
Tenders must be submitted before 5pm on Monday, 19 October at the Echuca Office in an envelope marked attention Local Laws, Impounded Vehicle Tender. The tender form can be requested by emailing [email protected] or will be provided at the inspection.

20044 – Provision of cleaning services
Council requires the services of a suitably experienced cleaning contractor to undertake cleaning services at various Council facilities located in Echuca, Kyabram, Rochester, Rushworth, Stanhope and Tongala. Tender closes at 2pm, Wednesday, 4 November.
Notice of intention to sell land
Council, gives notice under section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Act) of its intention to sell by private treaty the following parcels of land (the Land):
Lot 5 on PS430972L, comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 10671 Folio 116 known as 3 Greiner Court, Tongala, to Mitchell Kelsey and Megan Kelsey for a total of $7,700 (GST inclusive).
The proposed sale will be subject to contractual terms satisfactory to Council. Any person may make a submission on the proposal to sell the Land. Any person wishing to make a submission must do so in writing by Friday, 6 November 2020. All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act. Following the consideration of any submissions, Council may decide to sell the Land, part of the Land or not to sell the Land.
Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and can be delivered to Council’s Civic Centre at 2 Heygarth Street, Echuca, emailed to [email protected] or posted to Campaspe Shire Council, PO Box 35, Echuca 3564.
Submissions received on the proposed sale of the Land may be included in the Council Agenda and Minutes published on Council’s website, including the personal information of the submitter. Please indicate in your submission if you do not wish your personal information to be identified in the Agenda and Minutes.
Any person requesting to be heard in support of his or her submission is entitled to be heard before Council (or its committee established by Council for this purpose), or represented by a person acting on his or her behalf, and will be notified of the time and date of the hearing.
