Community survey participation

On behalf of Campaspe Shire Council, the University of South Australia (CERM Performance Indicators) has been appointed to conduct several community satisfaction surveys.

The survey results will help us understand how effectively (or not) we are communicating with residents and ratepayers, providing services in a number of categories (eg. roads) and what our community thinks about the range of community facilities that Council provides and/or manages on your behalf.

Four quarterly surveys will be undertaken throughout 2021-2022, starting in mid to late September.

It is expected that each will take no more than 10 minutes to complete and importantly, all your answers will be treated confidentially by UniSA, who will then provide reports to Council that do not breach that confidence.

By way of thanks there will be a prize after each of the four surveys, randomly drawn by UniSA, to win $250 for completing a survey.

If you select Option 2 (survey plus phone interview): After surveys 2 and 4, UniSA will also be conducting a few 15 minute follow up phone interviews on a smaller sample of people who have taken the surveys to expand on some of the questions and their answers. Everyone who participates in a follow up interview (randomly selected by UniSA) will receive a $30 Coles voucher.

If you would like to participate, please complete this quick online form expressing your interest.

Those details will then be sent to UniSA who will manage communications with you and the surveys thereafter ie. to maintain your confidentiality.

Council will not use those details for any other purpose.
