Compost for schools and community groups

Compost is available free of charge for eligible Campaspe and Moama schools, early years services and community group gardening projects.

Biomix compost, which is made from food and garden waste from Campaspe green bins, is being offered free of charge through Council's ‘Give a Scrap’ program. Schools, early years services and community group projects that can demonstrate benefits to the community are encouraged to apply.

The compost meets the Australian Standards (AS4454), is certified organic and improves soil health and productivity.
