Why do we need it?
The Echuca West Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) will guide the future development of the precinct and includes a high-level Structure Plan showing the location of major infrastructure items including drainage, open space and traffic items. The PSP will integrate existing local convenience centre, schools and community facilities.
Where is it up to?
The Echuca West Development Contributions Plan (DCP) is currently being prepared which identifies and costs infrastructure that is required to support future residential development in the precinct. This will ensure appropriate contributions for future infrastructure.
