How can I lodge a service request?

In person               at a customer service centre

At the point of lodging your service request, details of the action you want taken will be discussed with you.

You will be provided with a service request identification number (ID number).

Your request will be distributed to the appropriate staff member to action.

If at any time you would like more information about your request, please contact council and quote your ID number.

This is a free mobile App that allows you to easily report a service request. If you have this App, your service request will be actioned by council once received.
