What gravel or earth roads need to be ready for harvest?

Council is inviting larger agricultural producers to discuss what gravel and earth roads they plan to utilise in advance of this season’s harvest. This information will assist staff in planning grading works for the coming months, to ensure specific roads are targeted and ready for heavy use.

To assist, a feedback form is provided below.

Five community sessions will be held across the shire on Thursday, 7 June, with staff available to discuss road movement needs. Sessions are as follows:

Lockington, Lockington Recreation Reserve, car park, Burns Street, 9am – 10am

Toolleen, Wayside Stop, 23 Cornella Toolleen Road, 10am – 11am

Gunbower, The Workshop Café, 3-5 Main Street, 11am – 12noon

Corop, Corop Community Centre car park, Tennis Court Road, 12noon – 1pm

Koyuga, Koyuga Recreation Reserve car park, 961 O’Dea Road, 2pm – 3pm

Feedback should be provided by 30 June.
