10-Year Capital Works Program Adopted

Campaspe Shire Council’s 10 Year Capital Works Program, identifying infrastructure projects until 30 June 2031, has been adopted. Having a rolling program of works over the next decade allows Council to take a long-term view of capital projects while maintaining flexibility to take account of changes to the condition of assets, community engagement, strategic considerations and funding announcements.

The Program remains subject to annual review as part of Council’s consideration of its Budget.

The Capital Works Program includes the building, upgrade and renewal of all Council-owned infrastructure, including roads and road-related assets such as drains, kerb and channel, and road shoulders; bridges; buildings; footpaths; cycling paths; open spaces, sports grounds, parks and playgrounds; paddlesteamers; retaining walls and more.

Responsive Grants Program

The Responsive Grants Program provides funding for community initiatives. Campaspe Shire Council has approved $1,000 to Kyabram Parkland Golf Club Inc towards the construction of a pedestrian crossing across a concrete drain.
