Immunisation is a simple, safe and effective way of protecting children and adults against certain diseases. Many vaccinations are free, thanks to government funding. Others are not.
Babies and children need to get their vaccinations on time so they get the best possible protection. Find out what vaccines are recommended and at what ages for your child through this "Talking about immunisation" webpage.
More information about why immunisation is important and deciding which immunisations you need is available on the Better Health immunisation website.
