VicSmart applications
Depending on the type of planning permit you want, you may be able to get it within 10 days of lodging your application, if you use the VicSmart website.
It only applies to certain types of projects that must:
- meet all the criteria listed on the VicSmart website
- be located in the specified zone or overlay.
