Centre Based Care
We provide high-quality education and care in Echuca and Rochester, offering full-time and part-time care for families across Campaspe shire. Our services are designed to provide children with the foundation they need to become independent, confident, and resilient individuals.
We believe in a shared learning journey where the curriculum and intentional teaching opportunities are captured to provide children with the best possible start in life. Our educators build children's knowledge, nurture their wellbeing and security, and motivate their involvement and engagement to learn with others. We are committed to developing respectful relationships between management, educators, children, and families. Our services are flexible and responsive to the individual needs of all families and children enrolled. We operate in accordance with national regulations and quality standards, and our early childhood education teams embrace and deliver a curriculum from both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Framework (VEYLDF) to advance all children's learning and development.
We believe in a strength-based approach to early childhood education. This means that we focus on each child's individual strengths and abilities. We believe that all children have the potential to succeed, and we are committed to helping them reach their full potential.
Child safety is our top priority. We have robust policies and practices in place to keep children safe from abuse and harm. To view our Statement of Commitment to Child Safety please click here(PDF, 63KB).

Fees & subsidies
Information about childcare fees is available from each individual service. Fees are set for each financial year. To learn more about the Child Care Subsidy Scheme (CCSS), which can reduce the daily cost of childcare, families are encouraged to register with myGov to determine eligibility and costs. Further information is also available at Services Australia.
Please note that families must pay any gap fees using electronic means. For Council Centre Based Care services, a Direct Debit system is mandatory for fee payments. Cash payments are not accepted. This change in payment methods protects the CCSS against fraud and non-compliance.
Families can use the Child Care Subsidy Calculator to understand what their eligibility and entitlements might be.
