Off street car park permit
Quarterly or annual parking permits are available for the Nish Street and High Street off-street car parks in Echuca. From 1 July 2023, prices are:
- Quarterly $417
- Annually $1,667.00

Temporary trade parking permit
This permit is available to tradespeople undertaking short term works. Permits provide access to time limited or metered parking bays, adjacent to businesses and buildings within a town CBD, as well as residential areas, for construction work, development, repairs and maintenance.
These permits are issued in places where work is to be carried out and there is no available space for vehicles or equipment on site and there is time restricted or metered parking on the street.
A fee of $10.00 per parking bay per day applies.

Residential parking permit
To be eligible for a residential parking permit, the person must live in a residence within the CBD in any of the towns across the municipality. The residence must be in an area without off street parking and where there is no reasonable opportunity to modify the property to provide off street parking. Also, where directly adjacent to the residence, the on street parking is time restricted or metered.
An annual fee of $100.00 applies.
