One important way Council supports the arts locally is by providing two fantastic performing arts venues, which are available to the community for hire.

They are the 393 seat Echuca Paramount Cinema & Performing Arts Complex, which is managed by Southern Star, and the Kyabram Plaza Theatre, which is managed by a Committee of Management.
