Young people in the Campaspe region are invited to get spooky at the Halloween Movie Night, a free event designed to celebrate Halloween with thrilling films in a safe and supervised environment. With two showings at 6pm and 8pm on Saturday, 26 October, there’s double the opportunity to enjoy a Halloween-themed movie at the Lockington Community Centre.
Council’s Youth Development Team, in collaboration with the Lockington Youth Action Group, has co-designed this event to give local youth a chance to connect with friends, enjoy Halloween movies, and have a memorable night out.
Campaspe Shire Council Acting CEO Michael Sharp said the Halloween Movie Night will be a wonderful opportunity for young people to come together in a fun, safe, and inclusive space.
“This event is designed by young people, for young people, and we’re thrilled to support such an exciting community initiative,” said Mr Sharp.
