Campaspe Shire Council in partnership with Rochester Business Network and Rotary Club are inviting Rochester business people to a special networking event on Wednesday, 14 June.

The evening, which will feature entertainment by The Voice finalist, Matt Hetherington and award-winning singer Nina Ferro, is an opportunity for local businesses to network and relax. It’s also a time to acknowledge the hard work and challenges experienced over the past 7 months.

Local performers Evie Scoble, Glenda Bancell, Paul Colivan and Mat Anderson will kickstart the entertainment and lead into the feature event with Matt Hetherington and Nina Ferro.

Campaspe Shire Mayor Rob Amos said the event aims to give businesses a chance to step away from their busy lives and enjoy a night out with their staff and likeminded people.

“The Rochester business community has worked tirelessly to recover from the floods and re-establish themselves and, in some cases, re-think what they do. We want to acknowledge all the hard work and challenges they have faced during this time.

“This event acknowledges all of the hard work that business owners and their staff have put into the recovery effort and supporting one another. To ensure all local businesses have the opportunity to attend, tickets will be limited to 6 per business,” said Mayor Amos.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a coat to keep warm. Light refreshments and soft drinks will be provided.
