Economic Development & Tourism Strategy 2024-2029

About this project

Help shape Campaspe Shire’s economic direction by contributing to our new five-year Economic Development & Tourism Strategy. We want to hear from businesses, tourism operators, industry groups and members of the wider community about the investment, advocacy and programs needed to strengthen our economy and reach.

Our research

We have an abundance of natural beauty and are experiencing growth in many industry and business sectors. However, there are challenges around attracting a skilled workforce, the cost of transport and keeping up with digital advancements, to name a few. Read the research that will contribute to the development of this strategy.

The outcomes

Council's engagement with the community on the Economic Development & Tourism Strategy 2024-2029 has produced two key documents: The Economic Development & Tourism Strategy Report, and the Economic Development & Tourism Strategy Action Plan.
