Campaspe Shire Council is currently undertaking its annual Community Satisfaction Survey.

During the month of March, independent market research agency, Metropolis Research Pty Ltd will be conducting a phone survey to assist Campaspe Shire Council to assess performance across a range of measures, identifying ways to provide improvement and more effective service delivery to residents.

“This is a great opportunity for residents to provide valuable feedback. We know people are busy but we really appreciate participation from residents if they are contacted,” Acting Director Corporate Services, Matthew McPherson said.

“The key questions being asked will focus on value for money in service and infrastructure, community consultation and engagement, council decisions made in the interest of the community and customer service, local infrastructure, facilities, services and overall council direction.”

Mr McPherson emphasised all details and individual responses are confidential and anonymous.

“Only the overall results are shared with Campaspe Shire Council and it is envisaged the independent survey company will provide a report back to Council by May,” Mr McPherson said.

“Results will assist Council to improve its services to the community, so it is important we have the community feedback to help inform that improvement.”

Council is required to survey the community every year to seek feedback on the performance of Council. The survey sample set is randomised based on people who live in Campaspe Shire. It is aimed to get responses across a representative section of the community across gender, age and locality.
