Campaspe Shire Council is commencing road works in Nish Street, Echuca (between Pakenham Street to Anstruther Street), on Thursday, 20 April and will take approximately 5 weeks to complete.

The project involves the renewal of approximately 179m of sealed pavement including a culvert replacement in Nish Street, between Pakenham Street to Anstruther Street.

During the construction period, Nish Street will be closed. Access to the Nish Street carpark will be available via Florence Street, off Annesley Street. Some traffic delays may be experienced but Council will endeavour to minimise the disruption as much as possible.

Pedestrian access to businesses along Nish Street will be maintained, however, pedestrian access to cross over Nish Street will only be available via the intersections at Pakenham and Nish Street or Anstruther and Nish Street.

Waste collection “Red & Yellow” bins will be collected on normal days from each end of Nish St. Council requests that businesses mark bins with their business name.
