Works on the Victoria Park boat ramp were recently completed with renewal and upgrade to the wet ramp pavement and existing retaining walls, an all-abilities walkway ramp and floating dock.

Tender 24045: Provision of Veterinary Services.

Council is seeking submissions from suitably experienced providers for the above work. Submissions must be uploaded to the eProcure tender portal on Council’s website no later than 2pm on Friday, 31 January 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Tender 24056: Rural Road Rehabilitation Program – Trewin Road Burramboot and Burnewang.

Council is seeking submissions from suitably experienced providers for the above work. A non-compulsory site visit will be held at 10am on Thursday, 23 January 2025 at the Northern Highway and Trewin Road intersection, Burramboot. Submissions must be uploaded to the eProcure tender portal on Council’s website no later than 2pm on Friday, 31 January 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Tender 25001: Construction of Dog Parks in Kyabram and Tongala

Council is seeking submissions from suitably experienced providers for the above work. A non-compulsory site meeting will be held at 11am on Wednesday, 22 January 2025 starting at Bosse Park, Tongala followed by Edis park, Kyabram.  Submissions must be uploaded to the eProcure tender portal on Council’s website no later than 2pm on 21 February 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Community Flood Recovery and Resilience Grants

The Community Flood Recovery and Resilience Grants aim to support individuals, families, and organisations affected by the October 2022 flood event and plan for a flood-resilient future. The grants provide funding of up to $10,000 to eligible not-for-profit community organisations, groups, social enterprises, and creative organisations. Each eligible applicant can submit one application per project or event, with a maximum of five applications per organisation. Activities must be completed by April 30, 2025.

Free workshop: Social media and content marketing

Council and Business Victoria, in collaboration with Monarch Institute, are offering this free workshop to give small businesses guidance on how to improve their social media and content marketing skills. ‘Social media and content marketing’ is a free three-hour workshop which provides actionable tips, tools and strategies to enhance your understanding of customers, competitors, branding, and your unique selling proposition.
