Project update

An aboveground diesel fuel tank has been installed to replace the underground fuel tank at the Tongala Depot for fuelling Council’s road maintenance vehicles and equipment.

2025 Campaspe Shire Citizen of the Year Awards

The Citizen of the Year Awards celebrate the achievements and contributions of individuals and community organisations or groups in our region. These prestigious awards are some of the highest honours Council can bestow to publicly acknowledge local heroes. Nominate today for any of the three award categories including Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year, and Community Group of the Year. Community Flood Recovery and Resilience Grants

The Community Flood Recovery and Resilience Grants aim to support individuals, families, and organisations affected by the October 2022 flood event and plan for a flood-resilient future. The grants provide funding of up to $10,000 to eligible not-for-profit community organisations, groups, social enterprises, and creative organisations. Each eligible applicant can submit one application per project or event, with a maximum of five applications per organisation. Activities must be completed by April 30, 2025.

Free social media and content marketing workshop

In collaboration with Business Victoria and the Monarch Institute, Council is offering this free three-hour workshop to give small businesses guidance on how to improve your social media and content marketing skills.

It will provide actionable tips, tools and strategies to enhance your understanding of customers, competitors, branding, and your unique selling proposition. The workshop will be held on Wednesday 19 March, from 10am – 1pm at the Echuca Library.

Council’s Community Partnerships Team is currently conducting a survey about our various community grants programs and is seeking community feedback. By completing the survey you could win a $100 gift card.

Tenders

Request for Quote 24036 – Aquatic Facilities – Vegetation Control.

Council requires a suitably experienced contractor to complete the above works. Request for Quote submissions must be uploaded to the eProcure tender portal on Council’s website no later than 2pm on Friday, 6 December 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Tender 24052  - Supply and deliver one 4 x 2 Cab Over Engine Patching Truck and trade offer for one Hino 500 Flocon Truck.

Council requires a suitable supplier to supply and above-mentioned truck. Trade viewing appointments for existing truck may be arranged by location and time during the tender open period.  Tender submissions must be uploaded to the eProcure tender portal on Council’s website no later than 2pm pm on Wednesday, 4 December 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.
