Expression of Interest

21004 – Lease, Commercial Riverfront Property
Council invites expressions of interest for the lease of an exclusive riverfront property offering unobstructed Murray River views in the heart of the vibrant Port of Echuca Precinct. The property can be used as a café, kiosk, restaurant or function space. Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to complete the renewal of kerb and channel and associated works in Echuca. Tender closes 2pm, 2 March.

21006 – Provision of Wet & Dry Hire of Plant & Equipment
Council invites tenders from interested contractors to establish a panel for the provision of wet and dry hire of plant and equipment. Tenders close 2pm, 5 March.

Impounded livestock

Council impounded a black and tan, female goat under the Impounding of Livestock Act 1994 from Midland Highway, Carag Carag, on Thursday, 4 February. The goat is being held at the Echuca & District Livestock Exchange, McKenzie Road, Echuca. If not claimed by Wednesday, 17 February, it will be disposed of.
