The $84.70 million budget has been developed in line with the Victorian Government’s Fair Go Rates System, with rate revenue capped at 1.75 per cent, supporting a $36.61 million capital works program. Submissions close Friday, 20 May at 5pm. The budget and the online form is available on Council’s website under ‘Now Open’.

Draft Asset Plan
The ten year draft Asset Plan is a document showing how Council’s assets will be managed and maintained, while meeting the community’s needs and interests. The plan addresses all aspects of asset management including maintenance, renewal, acquisition, expansion, disposal or decommissioning of assets. The plan provides a ten year financial and strategic outlook for managing assets owned and controlled by Council. The draft Asset Plan is available on Council’s website with comments closing on Friday, 20 May. A quick online response form is provided.

Draft Open Space Strategy
The draft Open Space Strategy aims to guide Council in the decision making process when planning, designing and maintaining its open space network and builds on the previous document developed in 2014.
