Waste Services

Kerbside collections are continuing across the shire on roads that are not flood affected. Bins will only be picked up if your property is accessible. We are encouraging those residents who believe their properties are inaccessible to place their bins on a main road, if possible. Bins will be picked up no matter what property they are in front of.

There are online forms you can complete if your kerbside collection has been missed due to interrupted services or your bin(s) are missing due to floodwaters and need to be replaced. Scan the QR code and click on the ‘Waste’ page.

Removal teams have been brought in to assist in removing flood affected property waste. These contractors can help to remove household goods and furniture such as sofas, fridges and carpet. If you are located in Echuca, please put your flood waste out on your nature strip as soon as possible. You can also complete this registration by scanning the QR code.

The Rochester Transfer Station is currently open from 9am - 5pm every day and is only accepting flood affected waste. All other transfer stations are operating as normal.
