Community Living & Respite Services is a community organisation, accredited to provide disability services in Echuca, Moama and surrounding districts and registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Our core values are respect, wellbeing, flexibility, and accountability.
Our services are developed in partnership with people with a disability, including their family and carers.
Our dedicated staff provide enriching opportunities and assistance to progress personal goals and develop skills, increasing independence at home and in the community.
We also recognise the valued roles of carers in our community and the importance of support to assist with maintaining family wellbeing. We are a not for profit organisation.
We have 240 staff with experience in a variety of areas – disability, nursing, teaching and aged care. The assistance provided by volunteers enrich the programs we offer. We take pride in matching staff skills and interests to the needs of service users. We are a “Child-Safe” organisation and have thorough pre-employment processes to ensure that the staff we recruit share our core values.
