This project will redevelop exhibitions in the Port of Echuca Discovery Centre Museum to enhance visitor experience.

Project works include:

• Refurbishment of the log slip and digital audio of this exhibit - COMPLETE
• Refurbishment of train platform and the A2 Locomotive - COMPLETE
• Development of Aboriginal interpretive exhibits, including a mural, museum display and digital audio - COMPLETE
• Installation of interpretive games for children - COMPLETE
• Refurbishment of interpretive signage and outdoor displays - COMPLETE
• Installation of an audio loop for the indoor displays - COMPLETE
• Refurbishment of the log slip and digital audio of this exhibit – 80% complete. There have been delays awaiting NSW heritage approvals for the final portion of the works.  These have now been received and the remaining works are forecast to be complete in May 2025.

This project is funded by Regional Development Victoria.
