Council's Draft Budget Fees & Charges 2025-26 and Revenue & Rating Plan 2025-29 are now open for comment
The Wilf Cox Pavilion is in sound structural condition but has non-compliant components such as disability access, internal toilets, no netball changerooms and football changing facilities that are not female-friendly.
The building also requires new flooring, tiling and painting. This project will upgrade the current pavilion to ensure it meets Australian building and accessibility standards, and provide suitable facilities for users of all genders and abilities.
Detailed design and public tender have been completed. The contract was awarded at the February 2025 Council meeting. Council will take possession of the site on the 31 July.
