Economic Development & Tourism Strategy Industry Workshops

Following wide community and industry consulation completed in 2023, we are now holding targeted industry workshops to build on those findings, and seek further feedback and comments to inform our Economic Development and Tourism Strategy. Register for one of five industry workshops being held on 25 and 26 March and share your thoughts and how Council and the business community can work together over the next 5 years to ensure Campaspe has a prosperous, diverse, and resilient economy. 

Council has engaged Urban Enterprise consultants to finalise the Economic Development and Tourism Strategy by June this year. Urban Enterprise has prepared a draft strategic framework for the Strategy, building on the findings from last year’s community engagement, their understanding of what has changed since, and incorporating new information.

They are undertaking a series of workshops to share and discuss the draft strategic framework and future direction of the Strategy and seek your feedback and comments to inform Strategy outputs. It is important to have your input into the Strategy to ensure Campaspe Shire is a great place to live, work, and enjoy for many years to come.
