WorkSafe notice update

In response to concerns raised by a staff member, a WorkSafe Inspector attended our main office on 2 September 2020 and spoke with several staff, but not Management.
Two WorkSafe Improvement Notices were issued by the Inspector to Council on that date:
- V01044600155L/111-02 – regarding consultation - has been complied with.
- V01044600155L/111-01 – regarding an unsafe workplace - and reported in the McPherson Media (Riverine Herald, Campaspe News and Kyabram Free Press).
Following receipt of the notice, Council requested that WorkSafe review it and the notice was paused. WorkSafe has now completed its review and cancelled the notice.
