Recovery Support
Recovery support and services are continuing to operate out of the Rochester Recovery Hub on Mackay Street.
Flood recovery information is also available by clicking here. Council can also connect culturally and linguistically diverse residents to Loddon Campaspe Multicultural Services are offering support such as translation of documents or community visits.
To request assistance with removing waste, sandbags or any other flood recovery assistance, complete the online form below or call Council's Recovery Team on 1300 666 535 (option 2).

Sandbag Removal in Rochester
Sandbags will be accepted free of charge at ALL Resource Recovery Centres.
Assistance for farmers affected by storms and floods
Farmers who recently experienced impacts from heavy rains across the state can contact Agriculture Victoria on 0427 694 185 or [email protected] (during business hours) for agriculture recovery assistance or advice, including technical support.

The Rural Financial Counselling Service also provides essential free support to farmers who are experiencing, or at risk of, financial hardship. Call 1300 771 741.
Farmers who have been impacted by floods and have urgent animal welfare needs, should contact the VicEmergency Hotline on 1800 226 226.
Coliban Water
Coliban Water has advised that water is safe to drink and all sewer pump stations are operational. Keep up to date with Interruptions | Coliban Water.
Road closures
- Two Tree Road, Corop to Carag Carag – from Corop-Wanalta Road to Grinter Road
- Hickson Road - from Barnadown-Myola Road to Nicholas Road
- McEwan Road Bridge, Wyuna
Please obey all road closures and do not drive or walk through any water over roads.
