The community is invited to comment on the Draft Local Law 1, a revised law that sets out the procedure and conduct of council meetings, the process for election of the mayor and the regulation of use of the common seal.
Two methods for submissions are provided:
General Feedback - if you would like to provide general feedback about issues within the document.
Section 223 Submission - if you would like your comments and opinions formally presented to a panel of Council.
Written submissions must be received by 5pm on Thursday, 18 January 2018.
If required, council will consider public submissions at a special council meeting on Tuesday, 23 January at the Echuca Civic Centre Function Room. Submitters may speak to their submisison.
